- Provide accurate and complete information on your application.
- Obtain parent or guardian consent if you are under 18 (required).

Accepted students are expected to engage fully with the program. Specifically, you agree to:
- Participate in mentorship — attending regular 1:1 sessions with your matched mentor and communicating proactively about your progress.
- Engage with playbooks, workshops, and events as offered, including pitch nights and community meetups.
- Use any funding or resources provided for legitimate business purposes as described in your program materials.
- Treat all mentors, staff, and fellow participants with respect and follow our community and safety guidelines.

Failure to meet these expectations may result in suspension or termination of participation. See the Termination section below.

- Digital or physical tools needed to run your business.
- Marketing or advertising directly related to your venture.
- Website, platform, or software costs for your business.
- Other business expenses pre-approved by the Aeroventure team.
Ineligible uses
- Personal expenses unrelated to your venture.
- Purchases not pre-approved for business use.
- Transfer to third parties without program authorization.
- Any fraudulent or deceptive use.
Full terms on use, reporting requirements, and consequences for misuse are provided in your acceptance materials.
Your Venture & Intellectual Property
You own your venture
You retain full ownership of your venture and any intellectual property you create during or after the program. Aeroventure does not claim any stake, license, or right over your business, product, or ideas.
Permission to share your story
We may ask, separately, for your permission to feature your venture in our communications — for example, in success stories, social media, or press. We will not use your name, photo, or venture without your explicit consent and, where applicable, your parent or guardian's consent.
Community & Safety
All participants — students, mentors, staff, and partners — must follow our community and safety guidelines at all times, including:
- Treating all participants with respect regardless of background, identity, or experience level.
- Maintaining confidentiality of information shared within the program.
- Refraining from harassment, discrimination, bullying, or any behavior that makes others feel unsafe.
- Using program platforms and communications in a professional and appropriate manner.
Violations may result in immediate termination of participation. For reporting procedures and our full commitment to participant safety, see our Safety Policy.
Termination
Limitation of Liability
Aeroventure provides the program “as is” and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding outcomes, revenue generation, or the fitness of the program for any particular purpose. We are not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.
- Outcomes or results of your venture, including financial losses.
- The conduct of mentors, partners, or other third parties.
- Technical issues with third-party tools or platforms.
Your participation and use of program resources — including funding, mentorship, and playbooks — is at your own discretion and risk. We encourage you to seek legal, tax, or other professional advice as needed for your venture.
Changes & Contact
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify accepted students of material changes by email. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
