Playbooks

Our playbooks are step-by-step guides for student founders: idea validation, building an MVP, pricing, marketing, and fundraising. They’re written for high school students who are building real ventures—not simulations—and are designed to be actionable and easy to follow.

What’s in the playbooks

  • Idea validation: How to test whether your idea solves a real problem, who your customer is, and whether people will pay. Includes simple frameworks for customer interviews and feedback loops.
  • Building an MVP: How to build the smallest version of your product or service that delivers value. Covers scope, tools, and getting to “launch” without overbuilding.
  • Pricing: How to set prices, test different price points, and think about value vs. cost. Includes examples for products and services.
  • Marketing: How to reach customers on a budget—social, word of mouth, partnerships, and simple funnels. Written for student founders who don’t have big ad budgets.
  • Fundraising and funding: How to use Aeroventure funding wisely, when to reinvest vs. save, and how to think about raising more later. Also covers pitch prep and telling your story.

How to access

Accepted students get access to all playbooks as part of the program. Playbooks are shared in a structured way as you progress—so you’re not overwhelmed and you get the right content at the right time. Your mentor can help you apply the playbooks to your specific venture.
