Help Center

Need help with your application, your venture, or the program? Check here for answers to common questions and how to get support.

Before you apply

If you’re thinking about applying, start with our How It Works page and our FAQ. We cover eligibility, funding, the application process, and what to expect. If your question isn’t answered there, reach out through the contact section on our homepage—we’re happy to clarify.

Common pre-application questions: Who can apply? (Long Island high school students, grades 9–12.) Do you provide funding? (Yes.) Is there a cost? (No.) How do I apply? (Fill out the form on our Apply page.)

After you’re accepted

If you’re an accepted student, your first point of contact is your mentor. They’re there for 1:1 support, feedback on your venture, and help with playbooks and planning. You should also use our community and events—office hours, workshops, and pitch nights—to get unstuck and learn from peers.

  • Mentor: Your matched mentor for strategy, execution, and pitch prep.
  • Office hours: Drop-in sessions where you can ask questions and get quick feedback.
  • Community: Other student founders and alumni—great for peer advice and accountability.
  • Playbooks and events: See our Playbooks and Events pages for more.

Technical or account issues

If you’re having trouble with the website, your application, or accessing program resources, contact us through the homepage. Include as much detail as you can (e.g., what you were doing, what went wrong, any error messages). We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Safety and concerns

If you have a safety concern or need to report something that doesn’t feel right, see our Safety page. We take safety seriously and will address concerns promptly and appropriately.
